Our Backyard Garden

An area measuring 22 feet by 9 feet just outside our kitchen, entering and exiting through our back door. This is another gardening area at the back of our home that delights us very much, mainly because our lovable pet dog, Maxi, the resident king is here.

Our Indoor Garden – a courtyard actually!

This courtyard adjoining our dining hall, though small with an area measuring 13 feet by 8 feet, is definitely big enough for us to indulge our gardening passion and do some workouts and breathing exercises to keep fit, all within the privacy of our home. We love this open space area that not only provides [...]

An overview of our garden

It’s sort of scattered in the front, back and within our home premise, just a land area of 22 feet wide by 85 feet long! Ooooh…we just love our garden as it is, divided into three areas actually with the front yard, courtyard and backyard. Hehe, all within just a few walking steps from one [...]

Among all its common names, we love ‘Ponytail’ best as it fits it beautifully, with its bluish-green leaves ‘tied together’ and cascading down giving an appearance of a pony tail! I’m glad [...]

Knowledge is power

Yep! So, I’m resolved to go back to school at this very ripe old age, not to learn the basics of algebra, but the basics of HTML (Hyper Text Markup Language) and as much as I can grasp on related web matters! Otherwise, I’ll be left stranded with lots of ideas but no progress at [...]

Mary’s Awesome Country Garden in New Zealand

A MUST garden visit to the Canterbury Plains of South Island at Christchurch, New Zealand! An impressive country garden belonging to the remarkable and extraordinay head gardener, Moosey as she’s lovingly known. And a must garden REVISITS, especially to read her garden updates in her entertaining journals!

Look and See!

I was inspired by my garden forum friend, Norvona, who loves capturing the beautiful skies of Oklahoma, including the lovely woodlands that she adores watching from her dining room, and generously shares them in her blog (thank you, dear friend!). Her skyscape photos are so stunning and I’m so envious just thinking of them!
